I've had this car for 2 years and when the sun shines and I want the roof down, something goes wrong with the roof mechanism. After several trips to my local Vauxhall dealers in the first summer, who couldn't sort the fault of the roof sticking half way through, (very embarrasing when you're being watched) the car needed to be sent out of town to a specialist. Of course, during the winter it's fine. But come the second summer the boot mechanism stopped working - no boot, no roof down, loose wire apparently and that cost me nearly £500 and another week in the garage. I wouldn't recommend this car, as much as it looks good and is fab when it works, because of the previous problems I am reluctant to put the roof down unless I am in a place where it doesn't matter too much if it sticks. |
